Our core activity : to design and manufacture TPE Sealing systems

CCOLMANT CUVELIER RPS designs, extrudes (up to 4 materials simultaneously) and molds sealing systems in various materials (PVC, SEBS, PP, TPE, TPV…) with our without metallic frame. We offer self-adhesive systems on our sealing solutions integrated in our process. We master state of the art technology that enable us to assemble in one production step material as various as rubber, textile, flocking. Our aim is to accompany our customers at the earliest stage of development of their product, may they be molded or extruded.

Expertise and service

Our engineers and technicians have a great experience in extrusion technology, molding or bonding. We design our extrusion dies and set them up on our production site. Our organization allows for quick prototyping prior industrialization

Digital simulation

Our close links with our mother company, Sanok Rubber, allow us to benefit from the latest technologies available for digital simulation at early stage of design studies. We can predict the behavior of our sealing system in real conditions, and predict the suitability of our materials :

• Deformation / compression strains
• Insertion/extraction strains
• Acoustical optimization
• Heat transfer

All these technologies help drastically the design of our projects and reduce drastically time to production.

EPDM Solutions

CCRPS being a subsidiary of SANOK RUBBER, we can accompany you in your EPDM sealing systems projects. We have been supplying for the last 30 years majors automotive companies and automotive suppliers.
